Casa Tindra features a smart layout with two separate entrances and two full bathrooms, providing added convenience and personal space for all guests. Sleeping arrangements are flexible and designed to suit various needs: a spacious master bedroom with a 180 cm-wide bed, a guest room with a 140 cm bed, and two single sofa beds located in the kitchen area.
One of the home’s standout features is the delightful private inner courtyard — perfect for relaxing outdoors or enjoying meals in an intimate and peaceful setting. The property is in a strategic location, just steps from Piazza Garibaldi, the vibrant heart of the city, filled with bars, cafés, and small restaurants serving delicious local cuisine. It also sits right on the edge of the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), making it easily accessible even for those arriving by car — a key convenience for road-trippers.
The entire property is covered by fast and free Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected throughout your stay.

Casa Tindra is located in Monopoli’s historic center (Centro Storico), which is within a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). While direct access by car is restricted, public parking is available about 200 meters from the apartment in the blue-striped zones (strisce blu), which require payment. Free parking can also be found approximately 500 meters away in the white-striped zones (strisce bianche) in downtown Monopoli. Additionally, private parking is available upon request about a 15-minute walk from the apartment for €15 per day.
We regret that pets are not allowed at Casa Tindra.
Yes, the apartment is equipped with two independent air conditioning units—one in each room—for personalized comfort.
Casa Tindra is just a 10-minute walk from Cala Portavecchia and only a few hundred meters from the harbor. Please note that Cala Portavecchia will be closed for renovations during the summer of 2025.
